Very clean, stylishly and luxuriously designed. Impressed and confused by the expensive Marshall guitar amplifier in the room as can't understand how many people would bring their guitars on a holiday and make noise in a quiet hotel. Recently found out that it's a pretty brand new hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Quite contemporary with the technological incorporation of services. 10 min walk from the main tourist destinations. Would visit again and again.

Modern, clean look. Team really friendly and all appear to enjoy their jobs. Attention to detail and modern extras such as blackout curtains, room sound proofing, tea and coffee station on each floor. Bluetooth speaker in rooms. Large comfy bed and pillows. Great selection of foods at breakfast.

Excellent room, huge wow room with perfect view. Bathroom was huge, bed very comfortable just needs firmer pillows. Great staff, very helpful.

The hotel was lovely and contemporary, very cool vibe between the amazing young staff and furnishings. The staff in particular were as friendly and helpful as anyone could hope for. The breakfast choices were numerous and fresh, coffee was excellent also. We had a loft room which was large and bright with a small terrace balcony and we really enjoyed it and got great sleeps. It was far enough away from the city centre to be quiet but close enough (20 minute walk) to be there in no time. There is a tram stop immediately opposite with direct link to the airport, main railway station etc. We would definitely go back.

I loved this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge and well equipped. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Also the bar and lounge area is comfortable and fun with books and even games.

Everything was perfect, kept spotlessly clean which is helped by it being fairly new. Great location just a short bus or tram ride or 15 min walk from the train station and city centre. Some good restaurants nearby as well as a fantastic pastry cafe Libertà on the same roundabout, best pastries we’ve ever eaten. The room was beautiful with a minimal feel and we also had a small balcony with lovely views out to the outskirts of town and surrounding countryside. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Vincent in particular was really helpful and friendly at every occasion. Highly recommended.

The staff at Reception were particularly kind, friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable, clean, spacious for a city room, and well equipped. We enjoyed the touches such as the Marshall amp and Vespa mirrors. We ate in the Bar and really enjoyed both food and cocktails. The hotel is well located for a stroll to the Cathedral. There is a tram just outside to take you either to the edge of the Historic Centre or the Airport and main train station. Good cafes/restaurants very close and a safe area to walk at night. We really enjoyed being about to relax and read the wide range of books in the library area. Excellent décor.

The staff were ALL amazing!! Loved the concept of reception desk attached to the bar. The whole vibe was great. The restrooms off the main reception area were super cool and there were all types of different areas to chill or work. The rooms were fantastic!!! Super modern and stylized with a skylight you could open and close remotely. The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable, as well. Toiletries were really nice and they were full sized.

The hotel was really cool, rooms were really stylish and clean. Really comfy bed, Lovely hot shower with lovely shower gel and shampoo provided which smelt great. The blue tooth radio was a lovely addition to the room. Great location there’s a tram line right outside, which you can you to take you to the centre, we also used it to go to the airport. The staff were also really welcoming and very helpful.

Lovely hotel, bright and airy. We were in a Wow room and it was spacious, clean and comfy. Really nice bar and lobby. Hotel not in the centre of town but a nice walk in and new tram lines are under construction so it will be more accessible for those who don’t want to walk. BIG shout out to the staff, especially in reception and bar. I wish I could remember their names as they were so friendly and helpful.
